Nacho Aranguren González-Tarrío

Born in Madrid in 1960, he completed his graduate studies at ICADE E-2, (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas), where he obtained a bachelor´s degree in Business and a Master´s degree in Finance at CESEM.

He began his professional career at Coopers & Lybrand as an auditor, joining later on Corporación Financiera Reunida (COFIR) as Portfolio Manager in 1989 and being appointed Managing Director of this same company in 1992. After taking part in COFIR´s MBO in 1996 and after the merger with NH Hotels (currently NH Hotel Group, S.A.) in 1998, he was appointed Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) leading the areas of Corporate Development and Assets Management, roles carried out until June 2017. He is a founder partner at Aldaba.

Estanislao Gómez Guerrero

Born in Teruel in 1968, he has a degree in Business from the Universidad de Valencia and a Master´s degree in Commercial Management and Marketing at ESIC – Madrid.

After some time in advertising and marketing, he developed his professional career at NH Hoteles since 1995, carrying out different roles at Expansion, he became Director for Spain and Portugal for 11 years. He hold the relationship with hotel owners and he was part of the Asset Management team as VP Corporate Development. He is a founder partner at Aldaba.

Chema García Andrés

Born in Ciudad real in 1970, he holds a Bachelor´s degree in Finance from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

He worked at JP Morgan in London and Madrid at the M&A Department for three years. He joined NH Hoteles in 2000 where he ran the corporate departments of Investment Analysis and Investor’s Relations for 16 years. He is a founder partner at Aldaba.

José Pérez-Barquero Flores

Born in Córdoba in 1976, he has a Bachelor´s degree in Business and Law from ICADE E-3, (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas).

He worked at Nmás1 and carried out a number of different roles at NH Hoteles from 2004 to 2016, (Investment Analyst, Managing Director at Fast Good, VP Development for Latin America and Country Manager for South America). In 2017 he became Corporate Finance Director at Alantra (formerly Nmás1), for Hospitality. He is a founder partner at Aldaba.

WE HAVE CARRIED OUT ACQUISITION AND DIVESTURES OF HOTEL CHAINS AND INDIVIDUAL HOTELS.

Just like we have developed asset disinvestment plans, we have signed more than 150 individual operations and renegotiated more than 50 rental contracts. We are also familiar with the other side of the balance sheet, having funded and refinanced many transactions. Moreover, we also have long experience in project development and product optimization. And finally, we have also managed portfolios under complex market conditions.
